Travel fees apply to bookings outside the local coverage area. Parking, congestion charges, tolls, and venue permits (if required) are covered by the client.

Booking policies

Booking Fee

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your session date and time. Dates are not reserved until payment has been received.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend your session without notice will result in the remaining balance being charged. Future bookings may be declined.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session will forfeit the booking fee. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the session incur a charge of 50% of the remaining balance.

Rescheduling Policy

Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Booking fees may be transferred once.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your session. * Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will incur a £15 late fee. * Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a reduced shooting time, with the session still ending at the scheduled time. * Arrivals of 30 minutes or more late will be treated as a cancellation, and the booking will be subject to the cancellation policy. This policy helps ensure all sessions run smoothly and fairly for every client.

Guests & Attendance Policy

To ensure a smooth and professional photography experience, attendance is limited to the booked client and approved participants only. * For sessions held in hotel lobbies, apartment lounges, restaurants, and other public or shared venues, additional guests or plus-ones are not permitted unless agreed upon in advance. * For studio sessions, one guest may accompany the client. * Additional attendees may result in the session being relocated, modified, or cancelled if venue rules are affected. * This policy helps maintain a comfortable environment, respect venue regulations, and minimize disruptions during the shoot.

Location Information

Locations are provided the day before your session or on the morning of the shoot. I can recommend locations based on your vision, or you may choose your own.

Weather Policy

Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled at no additional cost in the event of unsafe weather conditions.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. Rescheduling options may be available depending on notice and availability.

Shooting Style

SassyShutter Photography is a lifestyle photography brand. Sessions take place outdoors, at public locations, private venues, or client-selected locations.

Turnaround Time

Edited galleries are delivered within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Image Usage

SassyShutter Photography reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, promotional, and social media purposes unless agreed otherwise in writing prior to the session.

Booking Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and appointment slot. No date or time is reserved until the deposit has been received.

Clients wishing to cancel or reschedule must provide at least 48 hours\' notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must take place within the same calendar month. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the loss of the deposit.

A 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will incur a £15 late fee. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time, as sessions will still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid disrupting other bookings. Clients arriving 30 minutes late will have their appointment automatically cancelled, and all payments made will be forfeited.

Clients are expected to arrive fully prepared for their session, including hair, makeup, and outfit(s), unless otherwise agreed in advance.

No additional guests are permitted unless prior approval has been given.

The remaining balance is due on the day of the appointment and must be paid before the final images are delivered.

Edited images are delivered within the stated turnaround period, which begins only after the client has submitted their final image selections where applicable. Delivery timelines are estimates and do not begin from the shoot date unless otherwise stated.

No refunds will be issued once a service has been provided. Dissatisfaction with poses, facial expressions, outfit choices, or personal preferences after a session does not constitute grounds for a refund. Any concerns regarding the service must be raised before leaving the appointment so that reasonable efforts can be made to address them.

By paying a deposit and proceeding with a booking, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all booking terms and conditions.
